Refund Eligibility

At vynorilathque, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our budget adjustment programs. You may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions outlined below.

  • Program cancellation within 14 days of enrollment with less than 25% content accessed
  • Technical issues preventing program access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Significant program changes that materially affect the curriculum you enrolled in
  • Medical or emergency situations with appropriate documentation
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on your account

Important Note

Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 50% of your enrolled program or after 30 days from enrollment, whichever comes first. This policy ensures fairness for all participants while protecting our educational resources.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Payment Method Considerations

Different payment methods have varying processing times for refunds. We always process refunds back to the original payment method used for your enrollment.

  • Credit cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days to your PayPal account
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days for international transfers
  • Corporate payments: May require additional verification steps

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This may require additional verification for security purposes and could extend the processing timeline.

Partial Refunds and Special Circumstances

Not all situations qualify for full refunds. We calculate partial refunds based on program completion and time elapsed since enrollment.

Partial Refund Calculation

Partial refunds are calculated as follows: (Total Program Cost) × (Percentage of Uncompleted Content) × (Time Factor). Time factor decreases by 10% each week after enrollment, reaching zero after 10 weeks.

Special circumstances that may warrant consideration outside standard policy include documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or significant life changes. Each case is reviewed individually by our support team in consultation with management.

  • Program switching: Credit toward different program minus 15% administrative fee
  • Account closure: Refund of unused program credits within 90 days
  • Technical difficulties: Full refund if issues persist beyond 14 days
  • Billing disputes: Temporary hold on charges while under investigation
